Meet the Team

  • Executive Director & Behavior Analyst

Elizabeth Gudiel has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2010, providing compassionate, evidence-based services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across the lifespan—from toddlers to older adults. She has extensive experience delivering support in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community environments.

Before relocating to Utah, Elizabeth served as a Clinical Director for ABA agencies in both California and Utah, and also taught part-time at a local community college for adults with intellectual disabilities. Her expertise spans early intervention, school consultation, parent training, staff supervision, and program development.

As a parent of two children with autism, Elizabeth brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to her work. She is especially passionate about empowering families and supporting individuals impacted by autism, intellectual disabilities, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders.

Elizabeth earned her Master’s degree in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in August 2014.

  • Behaviorist

Sara Garn recently joined the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) after becoming a certified Behavior Analyst in December 2024. Though new to the field, Sara brings the experience of working with students with autism in a self-contained classroom in a School District setting for four years. As part of her time there, Sara learned how to create behavior plans, analyze behavior data, support staff in the implementation of students' behavior plans, and support students in their growth both academically and behaviorally.

Sara cares very deeply about helping individuals with disabilities grow and be their best selves through teaching skills that will help them connect with the world around them and become more independent. Over the past few months, Sara has enjoyed connecting with the families and support staff of clients and helping them improve their skills in supporting clients.

Sara earned her Master's degree in Special Education and Behavior Analysis in May 2024 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in December 2024.
